Cleaning and Care for Kassatex Sheets
Kassatex sheets are made with high-quality materials that should stand the test of time as long as they are properly cared for.
For all sheets, Kassatex recommends machine-washing warm on the gentle cycle and tumble-drying on low-medium heat. You may iron on low as needed, but do not bleach the sheets. Stains can be spot-treated with a stain solution before laundering.
The company recommends changing bed sheets every two weeks and pillowcases every 1-2 weeks. Wash bedding separately from clothing and store it in cotton storage bags instead of plastic to help protect against yellowing.
Customer Service: In general, Kassatex receives positive reviews for its customer service.
Reputation: Despite having been founded in 1999, Kassatex has maintained a relatively low profile. To the extent that they are known, it is within the market for upscale bedding.
BBB Rating: Kassatex has an A rating from the BBB but is not BBB-accredited.
Years in Business: Kassatex was founded in New York in 1999.
Physical Stores: Kassatex has showrooms in New York City and Atlanta, with visits available by appointment. Additionally, certain products are available through third-party retailers like Bed Bath & Beyond.
