Heavenluxe was founded in 2018 by entrepreneur Xenon Tan. Previously devoted to cotton sheets, Xenon Tan experienced luxury Tencel sheets from Europe. He then set out to make high-quality, luxury Tencel bed sheets more accessible and launched Heavenluxe to achieve that goal. Tan wanted Heavenluxe sheets to feel even softer and more luxurious than his European set.

Heavenluxe sheets are designed and made in Singapore. The company uses a closed-loop production process for its Tencel lyocell fabric, meaning that nearly all of the water used is recovered in the process. Tencel is harvested from the pulp of eucalyptus wood. Heavenluxe’s Austrian Tencel also does not use insecticides or pesticides. Combined, this results in a product with minimal environmental impact. The company is also socially conscious and donates a portion of its profits to local charities.

Currently, Heavenluxe only offers one product option, the Heavenluxe sheet set. It comes in one color, which is Angel White. The set includes one fitted sheet and two pillowcases. It is important to note that the set does not include a flat sheet. Heavenluxe does not currently offer a flat sheet or any additional bedding.

Composed of 100% Austrian Tencel, the sheets are soft, silky, and bright. The Tencel is lightweight and breathable, and the sheets are moisture-wicking and odor resistant. The sheet set is backed by a 60-night sleep trial. Read on for our full review of the Heavenluxe bed sheets.

In-depth Heavenluxe Sheets Review

Sizing and Pricing

Sizing and pricing are important to consider when selecting new bed sheets. The Heavenluxe sheets are sold exclusively as a set that includes one fitted sheet and two pillowcases. The company does not currently offer flat sheets.

Heavenluxe sheets are designed and made in Singapore, though the sizes are designed with a universal fit in mind. The Super Single (also labeled as King Single) size is similar in size to a Twin XL. Heavenluxe does not currently offer Full or California King size sheets.

Sizing and pricing details are listed below. Heavenluxe lists their sizes in centimeters using the Metric system. We have converted them to inches and left the original Metric measurements in the table.

Materials and Construction

Heavenluxe sheets are ultra-soft with a shiny and bright finish. The thin, single-ply threads are woven with Luxeweave technology in a percale weave, resulting in a silky soft, breathable feel. The Austrian Tencel fibers used to weave the Heavenluxe sheets are 500 times thinner than cotton, while being 20 times more absorbent. Tencel is manufactured from the pulp of Eucalyptus trees and is naturally odor resistant and moisture-wicking. Though Tencel is a very durable fabric, the thinness of the Heavenluxe sheets may not hold up as well over a long period of time. Heavenluxe offers a 60-night sleep trial but does not provide a warranty for the sheet set. As these are a newer product, there is little information regarding the longevity and durability of the sheets. Some shedding may occur after washing the sheets.

The Tencel sheets are OEKO-TEX 100 certified, which indicates that they are made without the use of harmful chemicals, pesticides, or insecticides. The closed-loop production of Tencel significantly reduces water waste. Those looking for a sustainable, eco-friendly sheet set will appreciate the efforts Heavenluxe takes to offer environmentally conscious sheets. Heavenluxe reduces overall costs by offering the sheet set exclusively online and eliminating the middleman. As a result, Heavenluxe luxury Tencel sheets are less expensive than the industry average. However, the sheets are more expensive than many cotton sheet options, and the set does not include a flat sheet.

Heavenluxe Sheet Design Options

The Heavenluxe sheets are currently only available in one color: Angel White. While the Angel White color is neutral and should match most bedding, it limits the extent to which you can use the sheets to give your bed a distinct look.

Cleaning and Care for Heavenluxe Sheets

Properly caring for bed sheets is important for extending their lifespan and protects their color and feel. The Heavenluxe sheets are designed to become softer with each wash, though some thread shedding may occur after washing. The sheets are machine-washable, and should be washed in cold water with similar colors. The sheets can be tumbled dry on low but should be removed promptly from the dryer to prevent wrinkling. To remove wrinkles, they can be ironed on low heat as needed. Heavenluxe recommends washing the sheets more frequently in the summer to prevent the buildup of sweat and preserve the white color of the sheets. Bleach should not be used, as this can cause yellowing of the sheets over time. In order to keep the sheets white, Heavenluxe recommends adding baking soda with your laundry detergent. Additional tips include using white vinegar in the wash cycle to remove the build-up of laundry detergent and washing each sheet set individually.
